About our one-to-one sessions
Whilst our group sessions are designed for you to share your worries with others who feel similarly, we understand that you may not feel comfortable speaking in front of others and would prefer to discuss your worries with one of our mentors in a private manner. We are committed to helping you find the mentor that is right for you, that will help you feel comfortable and at ease.
Whatever work-related concerns you need help with, our mentors are here for you.
Sessions are usually weekly, though this can be adjusted depending on your needs.
Our sessions come in blocks of 6. Further sessions can be discussed with your mentor if necessary.
We have morning, afternoon and evening sessions available for your convenience.
